FDCMuck is on muck.fdcmuck.org port 3333. There are many ways to get there!

If your web browser can run Java, you might be able to connect to the muck by clicking on this link: Cup-O MUD Java Client

If your web browser knows how to run a telnet client, you might be able to connect to the muck by clicking on this link: telnet://muck.fdcmuck.org:3333/

If that didn't work, or if you're having trouble with it (like, it seems to ignore anything you type or the screen is formatted funny), you should try using a specialized MUCK client.
